Who We Are
Founded in 1978, Singh Investors is a fully integrated real estate firm able to expedite creative design and business solutions. Our mission, established by CEO and founder Pritam Singh is to profitably develop with a long range view toward the community and its future. Built upon a foundation of long-standing local relationships, our vision is to affect positive changes within the communities we develop, resulting in projects that are both valuable and profitable.
Our team of real estate professionals are highly experienced in their respective fields, including property acquisition and financing, development, historic renovation, new construction, landscape design, site engineering, permitting, and government agency relations. Upon completion, the company also handles the marketing and management of its hospitality, residential, multifamily and commercial properties.
The company’s in-house executive and development professionals are able to provide complete oversight of the entire development process, including market analysis, entitlement, construction, and property management, resulting in a demonstrated history of completing diverse and financially successful projects in all market conditions.
